Welcome to Photo Booth Bay. By accessing our studio online or acquiring our professional systems, you enter into a partnership governed by these Terms & Conditions. We build the foundations; you build the brand. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our site and services.

Data Integrity (Privacy Policy)
Information We Secure
  • Professional Identity: Name, email, phone, and shipping/billing foundations.
  • Acquisition Data: Handled via secure, encrypted third-party processors (we never store full card numbers).
  • Operational Data: IP address, device telemetry, and site interaction cookies to improve your blueprint.
How We Deploy Your Data

We collect information directly during your “Business in a Box” acquisition or automatically via cookies to:

  • Process orders and provide elite technical support.
  • Refine our hardware blueprints and website experience.
  • Ensure fraud prevention and architectural security.
  • Note: We never sell your professional information. It is shared only with essential service providers (shipping, financing) or as required by law.

Investment, Payments & Cancellations
  • Market Fluctuations: Pricing and availability are subject to change to reflect material costs (Walnut, Aluminum, Steel).
  • The 3% Processing Fee: If you cancel an order after payment has been processed, a non-refundable 3% merchant fee will be deducted from your refund. Our processors do not return these fees once a transaction is initiated; this ensures the financial integrity of our operations.

Logistics & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you the moment the carrier secures your crate. If you opt out of “Signature Required” delivery, Photo Booth Bay is not responsible for lost or stolen assets. We strongly recommend secure, signed-for deployment for all high-value systems.


The Quality Commitment (Returns & Refunds)
Non-Returnable Professional Assets

Due to the custom nature of our builds and integrated tech, the following are Final Sale:

  • Full Turn-Key System Packages (Adore, Lumia, Allure).
  • All Photo Booth Shells, Cases, and 360 Platforms.
  • Professional Photo Printers (DNP, Sinfonia, Primera).
  • Custom-branded graphics, vinyls, and specialized enclosures.
Returns for Eligible Accessories
  • Timeline: Contact our studio within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original architectural packaging.
  • Return Window: Must be received within 7 days of authorization.
Buyer’s Remorse Protocol
  • Must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
  • A 20% Restocking & Recertification Fee applies.
  • Original shipping and the 3% merchant fee are non-refundable.

Structural Integrity & Warranty

All signature platforms, shells, and systems include a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

  • Coverage: Protects against structural and manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions: Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or “DIY” repairs using non-approved parts.
  • Logistics: The owner covers inbound shipping for evaluation; Photo Booth Bay covers return shipping for approved claims.

Global Deployment (International Orders)

International partners are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Ensure your local voltage compatibility before deploying your system. We strongly recommend full-value insurance for all international freight.


Disclaimers & Liability

Products are provided “as is” to facilitate your business growth. To the fullest extent of the law, Photo Booth Bay limits liability for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost event revenue) resulting from carrier delays or hardware downtime.
