REFUND POLICY

Introduction

At photoboothbay.com, we aim to ensure you are delighted with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected, so if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for DSLR Photo Booth products.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that due to the nature of our products, all sales are final after 14 days. We offer store credit or replacement orders, but refunds are not provided. For incorrect or defective shipments, items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund credit.

Please note, that it may take up to 10 days for your bank to process the refund and credit your account. photoboothbay.com is not liable for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.

Return Shipping Costs

We accept returns. Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you're returning items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
