REFUND POLICY

Photo booth Bay stands behind the quality of our photo booth products with a comprehensive 1-year warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship from the original ship date. If you encounter a defect within this period, we’ll repair or replace parts using new or reconditioned components at our discretion. Shipping costs for any replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, all sales are final after 14 days. We offer store credit or replacement orders, but refunds are not provided. For incorrect or defective shipments, items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund credit. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

For items that qualified for a free gift or promotion, please ensure the free item is returned along with the original product. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, and any used or tampered items may require further validation for return eligibility. Custom and seasonal items are non-returnable.
