Return & Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in original condition with its original packaging. All returns require an RMA form and valid RMA number, obtainable directly from us. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

After we inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the return status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, with processing times depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Guidelines for Returns

Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you're returning items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Return Exceptions & Restocking Fee

Certain items, including opened music, software, and video games, are non-returnable. Products that have been used, worn, or altered are also not eligible for return or exchange. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, deducted from the refund. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. ALL CLEARANCE SALE ARE NON REFUNDABLE **ALL SALES ARE FINAL**.
